REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at The Most Hated NBA Players. Our merchandise is produced on-demand through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Made-to-Order Products

IMPORTANT:

All merchandise sold on The Most Hated NBA Players is custom printed on demand. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size charts before ordering)
  • Color appears slightly different on screen vs. in person
  • You no longer want the item

2.2 Eligible Returns (Within 30 Days)

We will gladly accept returns or issue replacements within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The print quality is significantly flawed (misprints, smudges, fading)
  • The wrong size was shipped (different from what you ordered)

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or replacement.

3. Damaged & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the defect or damage, including the shipping packaging if applicable
  • Email us at support@mosthatednba.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos
  • Do not discard the item until your claim has been reviewed and resolved

Once we verify the defect, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund at your choice. You will not need to ship the defective item back.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

If approved, we will provide instructions for next steps (replacement or refund)

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account
  • Replacement items are shipped as soon as they are produced (typically 3-7 business days for production, plus shipping time)
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed or your replacement has shipped

6. Shipping Issues

6.1 Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

6.2 Incorrect Shipping Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us or lost, we may charge a re-shipping fee to send the order to the correct address. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

6.3 International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times for international orders may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Premium Membership Cancellation & Refunds

7.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your premium membership at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account will revert to a free account at the end of the billing period

7.2 Membership Refunds

Premium membership fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access to premium features for the remainder of that billing period.

7.3 Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@mosthatednba.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Fraudulent claims
  • Excessive return requests from the same customer
  • Items that have been altered, washed, or worn (unless defective)
  • Claims submitted after the 30-day return window

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
